Knowledge Partnerships

As a part of the global maritime network, we partner with organizations for knowledge sharing and identifying collaborative pathways for impact.

Partnering for impact

We believe meaningful progress happens through collaboration.

Our knowledge partnerships are continuous impact explorations with like-minded organisations, where we co-create knowledge, share insights, and identify pathways to drive sustainable transformation across the maritime industry. By working closely with partners across sectors, we multiply our individual capacity to create real impact.

  • We contribute as external advisors and knowledge partners across a range of maritime topics.

This can include providing input to materials, collaborating on ideas in multi-stakeholder settings, facilitating seminars, ect.

  • By supporting younger professionals and emerging leaders with insight, we aim to contribute to the continued sustainable development of the sector.

  • We actively participate in both formal and informal networks focused on maritime sustainability, innovation, and sector collaboration.

Contributing to these networks are a part of our long term investment in the future of the maritime industry, and enables us to create greater impact outside of our own work.

At the inaugural Nordic-Baltic Maritime Forum, we delivered a tailor-made workshop exploring the competitive advantages and leadership opportunities for the region’s maritime sector in a volatile and uncertain world. The workshop challenged participants to rethink Nordic-Baltic maritime sustainability not as a compliance exercise, but as a long-term geopolitical, societal, and industrial resilience question under deep uncertainty.

Workshop: “The Role of the Intrapreneur”
at WISTA Annual Conference in Geneva

Our workshop at WISTAs annual conference guided participants through a series of questions, exploring how sustainability transformation ultimately depends on empowering people inside organisations to challenge inertia, build trust, and turn good intentions into practical change. The workshop was a practical exploration of how individuals inside organisations can become catalysts for sustainability-driven change despite institutional inertia, risk aversion, and organisational resistance.
